Bawden Flight is an independent breeding and training centre based in Wiltshire. With their training services continuing to grow and enquiries reaching an all-time high, founder James approached me to redesign their website.
Once I had identified key snag points within their processes through several discovery workshops, I worked closely with the team to restructure their website and introduce an integrated online booking system.
This allowed Bawden Flight to feature all their services & tailor them throughout the year. Providing seasonal courses and events, as well as increasing the one-to-one training programme has strengthened their offering and grown their customer base.

We were lucky enough to find Rich to help us with our website, it was extremely old and was in desperate need of not only a new look but completely re-doing. We had been thinking about it for a long time and after talking to Rich, he gave us the confidence that what we wanted was possible.
